Carmen and Edward: Engagement Session {Surfside Beach, Texas}

This couple looks so chill that I connected with them immediately.  And after receiving an email from her, I just thought they were fantastic!  We can’t wait to see their wedding photos.  They just got married on October 7!!!

MMATB:  Where and how did you two meet?

Carmen:  We met in Houston, TX. His Sister was my boss, and we’d worked together and became best buds fast. She thought we’d be perfect together and sure enough she was right!

MMATB:  What is your favorite thing about him?  His favorite thing about you?

Carmen:  I love that Eddie is extremely passionate about everything and is the most respectable man I know, other than my Father. He’d say his favorite thing about me is my smile.

MMATB:  What’s are the most exciting things about planning a wedding?  What are the most challenging?

Carmen:  I really enjoyed the planning process, and Eddie was very helpful and supportive since I can be fairly indecisive at times. It was important to me for him to give his opinion, since it is a day for both of us. I know most men aren’t as enthused about being involved, so I got lucky! I took over everything just asking his opinions here and there and it worked out great! We are very laid back and just wanted a huge party! By the end, the big things were done and if the little things didnt get done, no one would know but us. The only challenging part was trying to figure out the seating chart. We had so many last minute changes that it was becoming more of a hassle and we decided not to do it. One thing that was completely worth it. . . Finding a day of wedding coordinator.  I’d already done all the planning and gave her my list of vendors, but her and her team were amazing. It took all of the pressure off of me and our family and friends to get things situated. It’s worth the money ten times over!!!!
